Reporting Issues

Prerequisites

Enable Kodi Debugging - It is recommend users enable debugging through Kodi's advanced settings when possible; toggling debugging through Kodi's GUI is acceptable.

  1. Enable PseudoTV Live Debugging

  2. Set Minimum Debugging Level to LOGDEBUG

Report Issue

  1. With a freshly loaded Kodi, ignore PseudoTV Live's prompt to disable debugging and proceed to recreate the circumstances that led to your error. When you believe you have, open Pseudos settings and head over to "Miscellaneous".

  2. Upload your log to https://paste.kodi.tv/ either manually or using the automatic utility. Save the paste.kodi.tv url for later. IPs, Usernames and Passwords are scrubbed from the log before uploading, it's recommend you review before submitting your log.

  3. Upload your PseudoTV Live snapshot to https://paste.kodi.tv/ either manually or using the automatic utility. Save the paste.kodi.tv url for later. IPs, Usernames and Passwords are scrubbed from the log before uploading, it's recommend you review before submitting your log.

  4. Follow the instructions after clicking "Issues" in the header above.

Instance Insight (Snapshot)

View a snapshot of your system with limited however usable debugging information. Accessible only while Kodi and PseudoTV Live are running via web browser. IP and Port from Kodi system and PseudoTV Live settings, ex. http://192.168.0.123:50001/remote.html
