'Outdated DCD version' checker triggers on later versions #209

The DCD version checker seems to be pinned to a specific version it checks for. While this works great for outdated DCD installations, it's a problem with newer versions.

Suggestions

  • error message saying something like "Untested with DCD version xyz"
  • just check for >= instead

Seems like the root cause is this bug:
dlang-community/DCD#528
