Bug: Circle overlapping rectangle incorrect #705

These should give the same answer. There's probably a good reason they don't, but it's unexpected.

Rectangle(0,0,160, 160).overlaps(Circle(Point(100, 100), 5)) // true
Circle(Point(100, 100), 5).overlaps(Rectangle(0,0,160, 160)) // false
