2.5 - Performance Update and Bug Fixes

Fixed - Program freezing while working by adding threading.
Fixed - Console now outputs real time from BuildTools like it should.
Added - 'ScrubDirectory' thread that removes the BuildTools directory after successful build.
Added - 'Accept EULA' checkbox.
Added - Threaded Downloader.
Added - Download progress on main screen.
Changed - Version selection now pulls versions from spigot (https://hub.spigotmc.org/versions/)
Changed - Version selection from a list to a dropdown.
Changed - Output selection from text box to a File Selection dialog.
Added - ALPHA Linux and Mac support. (Untested!)

Other stuff: minor UI improvements and code refactoring.
