Release v0.2.1beta

Added save game menu
- Game are now saved in legacy format (either in a folder called "Saves" next to the program or in the original save folder)
Added option menu
- Removed floor/ceiling texture options
- Removed text justification option
- Added options for screen ratio, resolution and fullscreen
- Those 3 graphic options will have immediate effects when closing the option menu
- All option changes are stored to the configuration file so they are memorized for next program execution
Fixed crash when opening the load menu without savegames
Right clicking on the arrow buttons in a "pick amount" box will now set the amount to max value (up arrow) or min value (down arrow)
