PYNQ Kernel for Ultarzed EV Carrier Card and SOM

1. Use Etcher or WiDiskImager to burn the PYNQ V2.5 for Ultra96 on an SD card.
2. Copy the files on this repo to the first FAT partition of the SD card overwriting the Ultra96 kernel.
3. Boot and enjoy PYNQ for Ultrazed EV CC.
