Hi there, I'm Quan, and I build web applications 👋

I'm a full stack developer at Kunz Leigh and Associates. We build custom software for many departments of the State of Michigan.

My TPL (Third Party Liability) team develops and maintains the TPL software that helps the State of Michigan manage 3 million Medicaid members, recover hundreds of millions of dollars annually from insurance companies and process over 100k Medicaid claims a month.
