• Fix default window offset. The panel should now open with control panel offset set to 0.
• Fixed mask export not being exported as invariant. This resulted in some cultures unable to export masks.
• Tweaks to limits again on AmpThdVersusFreq and AmpTdhVersusInoutLevel.

• AmpThdVersusFreq and AmpTdhVersusInoutLevel will now compute THD up to 96K (user specified option). If you are not in 192K mode, then you will see an error when running if you attempt to set frequencies in excess of Nyquist.
• Minimum increment for both plugins above is now 0.1 dB
• ExtGains message wasn't showing in dBu mode (see THIS to help understand offsets, single-ended versus differential measurements, etc)
• Output offset wasn't being applied to fixed tone generation and also while in dBu mode

• Added open-loop UI. See blog post HERE.
• Added ability to hide logo (see Settings->Options->Display)
• Added ability to display acquisition time in lower right (see Settings->Options->Display)
• Added ability to detect failed FPGA load and reset USB. This is a very, very rare occurrence.
• Fixed bug where gain was displayed incorrectly when using differential output. See #12 for more discussion
• Fixed bug where Generated Fixed Tone wasn't correctly applying the user-specified Output Gain
• Long term factory data has been rolled into the attenuator settings. Nominally, the attenuator is 20.1 dB instead of 20.0 dB.
  This adjustment is handled automatically. But you must use File->ResetStartupDefaults to use the new value. This should give better
  peak measurement agreements with atten on and off.

• Tightened WAV import. It wasn't correctly looking for "DATA" section and thus failed if there was more than one descriptor section. Verified in audacity with metadata tags for (48K )
• Fixed bug where Tractor wasn't able to put the QAAnalyzer app into the correct state. This was a bug in QAAnlyzer, not Tractor. It would manifest as FR mode being active while RMS etc were also active
• Added line items in Wow and Flutter tool so that max and min frequency could be seen.

There's not too much in this release. This is just some check-ins that have to be finished before a larger merge can occur.

• This release will give an errors when you first run a plugin in some cases. This will a one-time thing as formats are converted internally. Just ignore the errors.
• More internal cleanup to plugins. You might see some one-time errors when you try to run a plugin as it fails to load the last settings. These go away after the first run.
• More improvements to X axis graphs. The graphs are now using engineering notation on the X axis. In the plot below, notice that the X axis is log and instead of seeing scientific notation you now have engineering notation (aka sci notation with all exponents adjusted to be multiple of 3)
