Shopify - Quest Template

This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app. All UI components were build with Quest.ai

Getting Started

  1. First, you need to get your Shopify Storefront Token and Storefront name and put it in the next.config.js file
  • How to get Shopify Storefront name Token
    • Log in to your Shopify admin.

    • Look in the URL address bar at the top of the screen. You should see something like STORENAME.myshopify.com/admin. ("STORENAME" is an example-- it should be something different depending on how you set up your Shopify account)

    • Remove /admin (and anything after it) so you are left with STORENAME.myshopify.com.

This is your base Shopify URL.

  1. Second, run the development server:
npm run dev
# or
yarn dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying pages/index.js. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

API routes can be accessed on http://localhost:3000/api/hello. This endpoint can be edited in pages/api/hello.js.

The pages/api directory is mapped to /api/*. Files in this directory are treated as API routes instead of React pages.
