v0.0.2 - Should be compatible with v3 vectors

Password-based only. Does seem to work with standard v3 vectors at reasonable speed (which surprised me; it was originally incredibly slow…)

v0.0.1 - Initial pass of vectors

This is the first release with SJCL that passes all vectors. The API is somewhat difficult to use, and there is no real packaging. It is not certain whether it works correctly when generating random numbers (and might even crash).
