Identify the Bug or Feature request

resolves #3453

Note: To be merged after PR #3449 (fix for add ons not allowing clients to connect)

Description of the Change

Adds the ability to drag a mtlib file from finder/file explorer/etc onto MapTool and have it import that add on.

Possible Drawbacks

People will want this applied to things like tables etc too.

Release Notes

  • Added ability to drag and drop .mtlib add ons into MapTool to import them into the campaing.
