Closes #100

Updated navbar

  • changed Logout to look like a button
  • changed button colour and hover colour (and for login_base.css too)
  • added header.html
    • added subheader class for text beneath logo as part of header
  • moved navitems to baase_manager.html and base_anonymous.html

Question

  • the header (SORT logo with text underneath) doesn't line up with the navbar exactly - I will have another look into this after other fixes
