Out of the three ISHCM, ISHSTS and ISHWS web applications, we need to enable the RequireSSL attribute on ISHCM and ISHSTS. ISHWS can't be forced into https as the content manager's architecture requirements won't allow it.

The plan is to create a script just to enable the requiressl.
Example scripts and builds need to execute this only for 12.0.* versions.
