Next version of ISHDeploy will provide a cmdlet with name Get-ISHCOMPlus. That cmdlet will be deployment specific and is not meant to directly replace the Get-ISHCOMPlus of ISHServer. As ISHServer's implementation is more debug/maintenance oriented and because there are no dependencies, it's chosen as the one to rename.
