We have an uncommitted script that can help find regressions, let's make a bot out of it.

Actually, it's still blocked. Just because Regressionable cannot (hopefully) destroy other bots doesn't mean there's no problem. Basically, rm -rf / will delete its own files (wiping all of its progress done so far).

Issue #123.

This is not a real bot, and in fact I'm doubtful that it is useful at
all. Even though I successfully used it to find a bunch of
regressions, I don't think it should be part of the whateverable
project.

In any case, for now let's have it committed somewhere.

Huh! I'm surprised that it was committed. Interesting. I haven't touched it in a long time, and understandably there are no tests for it… It feels like it should be simply removed, otherwise it is just gathering dust.

This was a non-bot, and it is abandoned. Feel free to restore it if
there's a need. Resolves Raku#123.
