Welcome to the DDLCTools wiki!

DDLCTools is a set of simple graphical tools which can help make your modding experience a little easier. This wiki will aim to guide you through the interface so that you can make use of the tools.

Poem Word Helper

Enter a word and the corresponding points for each girl, then click Add. It'll appear in poemwords.txt. If you haven't modified the poem minigame at all, modify config.ini to change the order to "s,n,y", so that the game can parse the word normally. Typically, the points will range from 1-3 - with 1 being "dislike", 2 being "neutral", and 3 being "like". Monika has a box that you can use if you have her in your poem minigame.

Phone Call Helper

Select a character (defined in characters.txt) from the list, then hit Call. Select whichever character you want to speak from the list, type the line in the text box, then hit Add. When you want to end the call, click End Call. You'll find the conversation in conversation.txt. If you have a custom character whose phone equivalent doesn't follow the same naming convention, you can modify that as needed.
