Showing windows with empty titles in AltTabList and friends

I've found this useful, as some software that I use happens to create windows with empty titles.

I've added a setting like for off-screen windows, but alternatively, it could just always include empty-titled windows.

Suggested ini file addition:

MenuShowEmptyLabelWin=0
; If set to 1, actions that show lists of windows (StackList, AltTabList, etc.)
; will include windows with empty titles.
