Improved supplemental algorithm

1.1

This release includes a number of updates to the firmare:

1. The application debugging pulse now includes information about sample rate and frame rate.
2. There is an additional debugging pulse message with information about memory usage in the firmware.
3. Code has been added to calculate the perfusion index. Previously we relied on the desktop/mobile software to calculate this for the user. Now this is done in the firmware.
4. A version code has been added to the firmware, and the user can request the device's firmware version by using the serial command "version". The firmware version for this release is 1.1.
