This PR introduces
Iterable.as()andAsyncIterable.as()convenience methods to wrap values as Iterables/AsyncIterables.asis a hybrid offromandof, except that when handed a string, it doesn't iterate the chars from the string (likefromwould), and instead works likeof. This PR also reverts #117, so thatIterable.frombehaves like the built-inArray.fromagain.
