• Fully customizable HTML/CSS charts for Ruby on Rails. A great alternative to charting libraries that use JavaScript and HTML canvas elements, providing better customization and rendering options.

• Researched computational methods for modeling Human Voltage-gated Calcium Channels (hCaV).
• Used novel AI Models like AlphaFold2 and RoseTTAFold to predict conformational ensembles of hCaV 1.2
• Predicted more diverse protein ensembles using clustering, subsampling, and masking with the above models.
