Prerequisites

Pull from the branch main
Create a branch named $spacecraft-$section-$contentIdentifier (for example gemini-interior-moldy-sandwich), if it doesn't exist
Create a directory named $spacecraft/$section/$contentIdentifier (for example Gemini/Interior/Moldy-Sandwich/), if it doesn't exist
Put your stuff in said directory
Remember to commit
When you want to get your content reviewed, create a PR with big-file-branch as base and your branch as "compare".
