Cost of sponsorship: $600

Perks:

  • Social media mentions
  • Logo on refreshaustin.org
  • Logo on event page on meetup
  • Ability to bring swag at the meetup
  • Announcement / time on the mic during the meetup

Payment: Our preferred method of payment is straight to the venue, Buffalo Billiard's. The day of, simply open a tab at the venue and you are good to go. We recommend you cut off the tab at $500 and leave the rest to cover the tip. Alternatively, we can generate an invoice via PayPal, but we much prefer you pay the venue directly.
