Chong: The Ressu Gamers' and Game Developers' Bot

A Discord bot with handy meme/practical features. Used exclusively on the Ressu Gamedev and Ressu Gamers Discord server.

The bot is hosted on Heroku and any new pushes to the master branch cause it to rebuild. Please test any changes locally before pushing to master.
