  1. Paywalls: added header image to configuration` 

    - Added `PaywallData.assetBaseURL` and `PaywallData.Configuration.headerImageName`
- Changed template to fetch image from network
- Updated snapshot testing to support asynchronous checking, necessary for `AsyncImageView`
- Added support for overriding images for snapshot tests
- Extracted `DebugErrorView`
