MRO-3.2.4

This release of Microsoft R Open 3.2.4 is based on R-3.2.4-Revised and adds the performance enhancements from the Intel MKL, an optional additional install.

• Uses the 2016-04-01 static MRAN snapshot as the CRAN mirror

Known Issues

• devtools::install_github may fail with the error "error in running command" on Ubuntu and SLES. To work around this issue, set options(unzip = 'internal') before calling install_github. (See #37 and r-lib/devtools#406 )
