Finish curating RIM for WebRAVE, ArcRAVE and QRAVE

Currently, RIM projects were curated by @kbartelt to work for ArcRAVE and are about 95% of way there (see fixes in #12 and #13). We need to do same across whole suite. These are tracked over in:

• All Symbology for RIM Project Type RiverscapesXML#436

These are working, with some small curation and WebRAVE problems. Elaborating these issues:

• RIM projects incorrectly showing primary output of. Inundation Types as polylines instead of polygons (Bug: RIM projects incorrectly showing primary output of. Inundation Types as polylines instead of polygons RiverscapesXML#485)
• RIM projects still have a number of tiling errors in webRAVE of rasters. @CHafen please go through and identify which projects have them and which layers.
• RIM projects still not showing DEMs and Hillshades? (see Inundation WebRAVE dem and hillshade not showing up RiverscapesXML#448)
• Many RIM projects still not showing UAV photos (or if they are.. not correctly). Resolution of UAV basemaps needs to be improved in webRAVE. RiverscapesXML#486
• Some dam status issues still (Inundation dam state issue RiverscapesXML#451)

@CHafen fyi, RIM projects are being uploaded to the warehouse now, so we'll want to build symbology for WebRAVE too now.
