Version 0.3.7 UWP

To install the app just extract the 7z from the 7zip or something else and do this if you haven't installed SDL before. Right click > properties > digital signatures and double click on SeaDev Team

then View Certificates > Install Certificate > Local Machine > Next > Browse > Trusted Root Certification Authorities > Next > Finish

Now both new guys and old guys open the package and install it...
