Release v1.1 (PaperiNode black)

Stable release for PaperiNodes of hardware REV2.1 (black), based on a cylindrical supercap.
Achieving now continuous 24hours coverage with bi-hourly refreshes if device is stored at the window desk.
Each refresh includes LoRaWAN uplink, LoRaWAN downlink and an EPD update.
Added support for new low power EPD update (450ms, 2GL) with ~50% energy saving.
