PY2PUML: Configurable, multiple input files.

Although the base idea of using AST to collect objects to be reported in plantuml output is kept , this release is the result of deep refactoring of the orginal program by Martin B. K. Grønholdt . Fully tested, documented in source, it should be easier to extend with additional features.
