This is similar to the existing Unity Terrain Stamp Tool, but which supports special mouse handling and other features.
Special Mouse and Keyboard Shortcuts:
- brush resize: ctrl + mouse drag left/right
- brush rotation: ctrl + mousewheel
- stamp resize: ctrl + shift + mousewheel
