Path of Exile super ultrawide and wider

The solution returns the game to its former glory of filling the entirety of the screen space at resolutions wider than 21:9.

1. Download the mod archive below.
2. Unpack the files to the game directory.
3. Make sure to select your resolution in the game if necessary.

To uninstall, simply remove or move the files.

Tested on the latest Steam version at 3840x1080, 5120x1440 and 5760x1080.
