The solution removes the black bars from the game at 21:9 and wider as far as possible within the limitations of its static backgrounds.

  1. Download the mod archive below.
  2. Unpack the files to the game directory.

To uninstall, simply remove or move the files.

Tested on Steam and the latest Microsoft Store version primarily at 2560x1080.
Additionally tested at 3440x1440 by pho, who also contributed a screenshot for the thumbnail.
