Yasraena can be met in Irenicus' Dungeon. The Yasraena Mod is full of banters, and it adds two quests to SoA and an encounter to ToB. Yasraena is a good drow, with a background to explain her good tendencies.

• You meet her upon leaving Chateau Irenicus. If you do not pick her up then, she can never be picked up. Also, if you ever drop her from the party, she will be gone for good.
• She has romance conflicts with Aerie, Viconia, and Jaheira.
• It is dangerous to keep Viconia and Yasraena together in ToB.
