Suggested features for the 7.0.0 release:

(Note: only breaking changes need go in here. If it won't break any existing apps that use Money, it doesn't need to wait until 7.0.0 and can be rolled in now.)

Make Currency.subunit_to_unit default to 100. (See discussion at #479.)
Add default values to other Currency attributes, or make some of them compulsory. (Needs discussion.)
