• Added the --all option to the activate command. With this options you can tell sle2docker to activate all the available images (see 43558fdcc9a4bc2f66f01ea8e5d9d2734722d0a6).
• Added the --tag_with_build flag to include the obs build number of kiwi generated images in the docker tag (see d577bab99b427de339b91182e708eaaab8d9ae87).
