Ensure product name is shown given change to upstream logo

• new upstream logo contains product name, so product name text is off by default
• ensure for suse build this is on
• Includes upstream change Use new Stratos logo on splash/login and about page cloudfoundry/stratos#2919 which should/could be merged first
• Requires updating following changes to Extensions: Tidy up customisations and fix logo customisation cloudfoundry/stratos#2948
  • logo name needs to be reverted
  • should also update following customisation changes (custom.module removed, rename suse.module to custom.module)
