Wrong TODO "Result type information missing." if return type is explicitly None #83

Describe the bug

For the function

def to_png_file(self, path: str | Path) -> None:
    pass

the following stub is created:

// TODO Result type information missing.
/**
* Save the image as a PNG file.
*
* @param path The path to the PNG file.
*/
@Pure
@PythonName("to_png_file")
fun toPngFile(
  path: String
)

The TODO is wrong, since the function explicitly does not return anything.

To Reproduce

See example above.

Expected behavior

No such TODO should be created.
