create English version of sample spreadsheets

Do the following and commit changes to a new branch (suggestion: englishSampleSpreadsheets)

• translate column titles of sample spreadsheets in example_spreadsheets directory (first line Name, Straße, PLZ, Stadt -> name, street, zip code, city)
• (maybe add sample data from non-German region to spreadsheet (for name, street, city; not for zip code))

• issue depends on create directories for example spreadsheets #11
• issue does not depend on it, but only makes sense if make plzCrawler work for different column names #12 is done
