Changes

New:
- Active Workers filter
- Duplicate DWC Card Numbers report: A list of members with duplicate card numbers. all-time
- Comprehensive member participation metrics. report: Counts total participation for each member in each category within time range. ESL is counted when member attends an activity with a name containing -somos- or -english-; If no matches are found for this, other categories still display their aggregates. This allows the report to work across centers
Bug fixes:
- Work order summary views now group based on tenant date rather than server
- Work order list search no longer takes 8+ seconds
- Spanish language globalization toggle new works
- When creating or editing a worker record, Machete now provides user feedback if a duplicate card number
  exists, provides the next available number
- Machete now provides helpful feedback to the user when an invalid date is entered.
- Online Hiring (Not all centers) when a worker request exceeds 1,000 characters, Machete shows an error with a description. If the order is not accepted by the API, Machete will show the error message.
- Online Hiring now defaults to 1 day of work
