here are our weekly homework projects for the IFA-2022 course (FU Berlin, Bioinformatics).
There are two separate Data Science Projects,
- Project 1: Machine Learning has a sperate report
- Projekt 2: Classifiaction of Histopathological Images has a separate report
four Complex Systems Projects (ODE Modelling),
and three Advanced Algorithms Projects (SeqAn) that are built on top of each other in the same code base.
The final results and reports reports for our implementations are available in the report folder.
