Kittykernel now with 13.5% more kitties!

Some major and minor improvements:

• Fix for not install/removing respective header-files of a kernel
• Feature: Kernel support times are now shown
• Feature: Added warning box when /boot runs out of space
• Feature: New and clean user interface
• Feature: Config file and preference dialog
• Refactored package-selection code; added -modules- packages
• Changed sorting to descending; latest kernel is at the top

Small fixes

Minor release with small fixes regarding the listening of the kernel groups. Also, added some more blacklist entries.

Blacklist and GUI display

This release introduces a blacklist feature into Kittykernel. Also, the Kernel Groups will now display how many kernels are downloaded, installed, and available total.
