remove outdated GeoJSON schema

Description of the JSON schema.

(This is actually a request to remove a schema.)

The GeoJSON group publishes its own, official JSON Schema specification of GeoJSON now. When I originally submitted the JSON Schema for GeoJSON to this repo back in 2016, they did not.

I think the GeoJSON schema in this repo should be removed in favor of the official specification. This ensures that if any issues are found with the schema, they'll be reported to the GeoJSON group and updated in the official schema.

In fact, I notice when I search for "geo" on the schemastore.org website, both the official and unofficial versions of the schema come up, which is potentially confusing. Deleting the version I created will help direct traffic to the official schema instead.
