This PR aims to update pySciCat to version v4.x and be compatible with SciCat BE v4.x.
The library is not yet complete and doe snot offer all the functionalities present in SciCat BE v4.x api

@nitrosx I see new commits today. #40 also aimed a providing compatibility with the backend. So, I'm not sure what to do with this PR. I see some interesting changes like adding the exclude_fields option.

FWIW, build are failing on flake8
