Obsoleted some method parameter in LLama/Native/SamplingApi.cs which are not needed
Added some polyfills for netstandard 2.0
Cleanup of higher level code using sampling API
- Fixed multiple enumeration
- Fixed newline penalisation not working, we had the same bug as this one in upstream.
