Greetings! I have the SenseCAP D1 display, and I'm trying to configure it for use with Home Assistant. I have an HA system that has been running for a couple years now, so it's up-to-date and running well. On Home Assistant, I have:

It worked! I got it compiled and flashed. The display is now talking to my Home Assistant server on WiFi. Woohoo! THANK YOU! I really appreciate your help. So a couple key "Lessons Learned" for me:
I'm now going to start tweaking the code and my HA dashboard to get everything working together. This display has AWESOME possibilities! So many HA folks are looking for an inexpensive display like this, I think that if you could create a binary configured for HA, there could be a market for this device with the DIY community. |

Ok, now that I'm starting to dig into the SenseCAP capabilities, I'd like to get help on how to make updates to the MQTT code so that the display SUBSCRIBES to topics and displays the data it receives. I want the SenseCAP display to show HA sensors from all over my home, not just local to the device. I have sensors in place around my home that are measuring:
Any suggestions on where to start and how to do that? FYI: I've coded in C++ IoT devices to PUBLISH and SUBSCRIBE MQTT data, so I'm familiar with how to do this. I'm just not sure how best to put the code into the indicator_ha code. Would you give me an example? In the meantime, I'll be connecting the MQTT switches already defined in the example to control devices attached to HA. I'll keep you posted on my progress. |

Found a problem: the displayed time is incorrect. The city is correct, but the timezone appears to be +2 hrs ahead, and the day of the week is +1 day ahead (should be Saturday, but the display shows Sunday). |

OK found the option to set the PSRAM!, but now I get errors regarding: undeclared identifier for 'font_montserrat_24' and 'font_montserrat_26', any clou how to fix this? Delete sdkconfig file and `build` folder, see the result.
if it still comes faults, check out if the marco ` lv_font_montserrat_14`
has been defined (VSCode global searching may help.)
