Description

This PR includes the following changes:

  • Updates the .rd.xml file for the Win2D CLI sample to fix all NativeAOT issues
  • Updates the CI script to merge -t:restore,... steps into just /restore -t:...
  • Adds a CI step to build the Win2D CLI sample with NativeAOT (not running it for now)
