AucAf.R and AucPf.R These are to calculate AUC. AucAf.R is for aroma first data. AUCPf.R is for pain first data.
WiltestAuc.R and WiltestPainLevel.R These are to conduct paired Wilcoxon signed-rank test. WiltestAuc.R is for AUC data. WiltestPainLevel.R is for pain level data.
Spr.R This is to calculate paired Spearman's rank correlation coefficient between AUC change and pain level change.
