Installing scripts to Bootless Star is exceptionally easy. First, take note of what you are wanting to install and be sure that the script is safe to run.
These scripts are designed to run with Bootless Star's environment and can not run independently. Please see this section for more information about Module Scripts.
- Navigate to:
Main Menu>>Run Project Modules
- Once at the 'Run Project Module' menu, press [
I
] - A new window will pop-up on the screen
- Drag the Module Script and its Local Directory (if any) to the new pop-up window
- Local Directory is a directory dedicated to only the module script. This directory holds resources and data required for the module to run.
- Close pop-up window
- Press the [
R
] key, this will refresh the list. - Make sure that the script is now listed
- Type the name of the script, and run it!
These scripts are independent and should not share Bootless Star's environment. Please see this section for more information about External Scripts.
