Added SIGNOZ-ACCESS-TOKEN header support for SigNoz API access.
SIGNOZ-API-KEY will keep working but we would promote SIGNOZ-ACCESS-TOKEN for SigNoz access APIs to avoid confusion with Ingestion APIs
