Minor update to replace the saturation boost, which was previously being done using the "HSL" adjustment, with the "Vibrance" adjustment. This provides much better results in color and grain.

This update has made some structural changes to the output, allowing more flexibility and options for editing.
There have also been some changes to the Adjustment layers. Version 1 had a some issues when using it with different film stocks, since some of the hue adjustments were a bit drastic to be applied without consideration of the image.
In this update the preapplied adjustments have been removed, this produces a somewhat more neutral image in most cases, which gives you a more flexible base version of the image to work with. The only adjustment currently made in HSL is now a 30% boost in saturation.
The "Highlights and Shadows" adjustment has been tweaked to provide some warmer highlights and more neutral shadows.
Finally, there are two new adjustment layers added that I use frequently.
